What is your cancellation policy?

We kindly ask for 24 hours notice for any cancellations or reschedules. Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 50% service feeNo-call/no-show appointments are fully non-refundable. We reserve this time especially for you and appreciate your understanding.

How early should I arrive for my appointment?

5–10 minutes is perfect. If this is your first visit, please arrive 10 minutes early to complete your intake form and get settled. Returning guests typically only need 5 minutes before their session begins.

Can I talk during my massage?

Absolutely, if you wish. Some clients enjoy conversation while others prefer quiet. That said, we do have half-walls and sound carries, so we kindly ask that conversation remain at a respectful volume to preserve the peaceful atmosphere for everyone.

What should I wear to my massage?

Wear whatever feels comfortable. During your session, you will undress to your own comfort level and remain properly draped at all times. Your comfort and sense of safety are important to us.

Do I have to be completely undressed?

Not at all. Massage can be performed with varying levels of clothing depending on your comfort and the type of session. We encourage you to do what feels best for you.

What if I am nervous or have never had a massage before?

You’re in good company. Many guests feel nervous before their first session. We take a gentle, respectful approach and will walk you through everything so you feel comfortable and cared for.

What if I prefer lighter or deeper pressure?

Please let us know. Massage is not one-size-fits-all. We welcome feedback during your session and encourage you to speak up about pressure, temperature, positioning, or anything that would help you feel more at ease.

Do you offer couples massage?

Yes, we do. Couples sessions are available and can be enjoyed with a partner, friend, or family member. They are a lovely way to relax together and make self-care a shared experience. Please note that couples massages must be booked by calling the studio directly so we can coordinate therapist availability and ensure the best experience possible.

Do I tip my massage therapist?

Tipping is always appreciated but never expected. If you feel your therapist enhanced your experience and you’d like to leave gratuity, you are welcome to do so.

What if I have a medical condition, recent surgery, or am pregnant?

Please inform us when booking and on your intake form. Certain conditions or medications may require modifications to your session so we can provide care safely and thoughtfully.
