Terms of Service

These terms exist simply to create a smooth, respectful experience for everyone who receives services through our studio. By using this website, booking appointments or interacting with That Massage Place, you agree to the following Terms of Service.

That Massage Place provides massage therapy intended to support relaxation, comfort, and general well-being. Our services are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent medical conditions and should not be considered a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, or treatment from a licensed healthcare provider. Clients agree to provide accurate contact and booking information.

We recommend arriving approximately 5–10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to complete any necessary paperwork and settle in comfortably. Late arrivals may shorten the length of your session to avoid disrupting scheduled appointments for other guests.

We kindly request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations or appointment changes. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service cost. No-shows may be charged up to the full appointment amount. Repeated late cancellations or missed appointments may require prepayment for future bookings.

Any inappropriate behavior, harassment, sexually suggestive comments, intoxication, threatening conduct, or behavior that makes staff uncomfortable may result in immediate termination of the session. Sessions terminated due to inappropriate conduct will not receive refunds. We reserve the right to refuse future services.
